Reason: It is very easy to join and leave a guild, and this seems to provide an exploit for GvG wars. Have you checked the forums for the same or similar idea: Yes, I've checked through the Great Ideas and Bad Ideas sections, plus the Ideas already posted thread and the thread titles in the Ideas forum.
If you leave a guild, you have to wait 24 hours before you can join a new guild or create your own guild.
Proposal: New guild members have to wait 24 hours before gaining access to GvG.
